seizure<\/strong> is an excessive <strong>abnormal discharge<\/strong> of <strong>neurons<\/strong>.<\/p><p>This discharge has the capacity to <strong>propagate to other neurons<\/strong> and thus spread throughout the <strong>cerebral cortex<\/strong>.<\/p><p>The <strong>neurons<\/strong> involved in this discharge are activated in an uncontrolled manner, so that during the seizure <strong>they cannot perform their normal function<\/strong>.<\/p><p>For this reason, during a crisis, problems appear in <strong>memory<\/strong>, <strong>movement control<\/strong>, <strong>sensitivity<\/strong>, <strong>speech<\/strong>,<strong> attention<\/strong> or other
