class=\"clearfix\"><p><strong>Skin lesions<\/strong> consist of <strong>reddening of the skin of the face, chest and dorsum of the fingers.<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Muscle injuries<\/strong> produce <strong>progressive weakness in the extremities<\/strong> with predominant involvement of the shoulders and hips.<\/p><p>Dermatomyositis <strong>may occur in isolation or in association with
