Many of our patients do not live in Madrid, but in their search for the best specialists, they contact us. For these patients we have the possibility to study their case remotely, review the tests and give the best indications for the case. It is always convenient to be able to see the patient in consultation, but this first contact can facilitate a later visit. <\/p>\n

If the patient has problems to go to consultation we can come to your home. Sometimes the patient’s condition hinders their mobility, for these cases, our specialists can move to your home. <\/p>\n

In addition, our neuro-rehabilitators (physiotherapists, speech therapists, occupational therapists, social workers) also perform their therapies at home.<\/p>\n

If this is the first time you come for a consultation, first of all we welcome you and give you a series of indications to make your first consultation as productive as possible.<\/p>\n

It is advisable, in the case of having been studied previously, that you bring all the studies that have already been performed (reports from other specialists, recent analytical, images etc). This will facilitate the contact by helping our specialists. <\/p>\n

During this first consultation a thorough history of the patient is taken, including examination of the patient, collection of medical and family history, current treatment, symptoms. With all this information our specialists can find a diagnosis, in case it is not a clear case, it is possible that other studies may be needed to give that diagnosis and treatment if necessary. <\/p>\n

In the case of videoconferencing contact us and we will tell you how to make an appointment by this means. It is an alternative for patients who have difficulties to travel, either by distance or any other impediment. If you have to undergo any test, we will tell you the procedure to follow at the Hospital on an outpatient basis.<\/p>\n

For any test it is necessary to have an appointment, you can get it through our secretarial service(contact<\/a>) or by contacting the corresponding service.<\/p>\n

Private patients must pay a deposit before the test is performed, and formalize the payment once the test is completed. At the reception of the Hospital or in our secretariat we will tell you where to go. <\/p>\n

If you have a medical insurance for the indicated test, it is advisable to be informed of the type of authorization required, depending on the type of insurance or the type of test, you may need a specific authorization, so it is advisable to contact the medical insurance before performing the test. <\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Private patients must leave a deposit at the time of admission, at the Hospital’s reception desk, where the amount can be indicated. Payment can be made by credit card or by bank transfer, bearing in mind that you must present the receipt at the time of admission. <\/p>\n

If you have an insurance policy with our center, you must request a written authorization from your insurance company.
