He is a <strong>reference in clinical neurology<\/strong> and an expert in<a href=\"https:\/\/neurologiaclinica.es\/programas-unidades-neurologia\/segundas-opiniones\/\"><strong> second opinions<\/strong><\/a> in the field of neurology. His knowledge and experience in the diagnosis and treatment of all types of neurological disorders and diseases are always intended to meet the expectations of patients and families looking for the best neurologist.  <\/p>\n<p>Dr. Franch<strong> initiated in 1984 the project that is currently the Neurology Service<\/strong> of the Ruber International Hospital. This team has developed with the progressive incorporation of neurologists specialized in different fields of neurology, which, as a team, makes it possible to provide the best neurological care to patients who require it. Since its inception, this project has <b>evolved in accordance with the growth that neurosciences have experienced <\/b>in recent years, becoming a reference center for neurology, with care, teaching and research activities.    <\/p>\n<p>The <b>Neurology Service<\/b> of the <b>Ruber International Hospital <\/b>has recently been recognized as<b> one of the best neurological centers in the world.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/neurologiaclinica.es\/en\/units\/clinical-neurology-unit\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Clinical Neurology Unit <\/a>that he directs attends patients with neurological disorders and diseases, both acute and chronic, dealing with both outpatient and inpatient care.
