He trained as a neurologist at the Hospital Universitario 12 de Octubre, a national reference center in general neurology and neurodegenerative pathologies. Subsequently, he sub-specialized in the diagnosis and treatment of cognitive disorders through a R\u00edo Hortega contract, combining clinical activity in the Cognitive Impairment Unit of said Hospital with research activity in the Neurodegenerative Diseases Group of imas12.    <\/p>\n<p>He has experience in the management of <b>Alzheimer&#8217;s disease and other dementias (frontotemporal dementia, dementia with Lewy bodies, vascular dementia, normotensive hydrocephalus, among others)<\/b> and has participated in more than a dozen <b>clinical trials<\/b> related to these pathologies.
