After completing her specialty <strong>in Neurology (MIR) in Madrid<\/strong>, she continued her training at <strong>Columbia University in New York<\/strong>, where she <strong>specialized in clinical care and neurophysiology of movement disorders<\/strong>. In this way, he acquired extensive experience in the diagnosis and medical and surgical treatment of parkinsonism, dystonia, chorea, ataxia and tics.  <\/p>\n<p>In <strong>2011<\/strong> she received the <strong>award for the best young neurologist in movement disorders by the study group of the Spanish Society of Neurology<\/strong>. She has numerous <u>publications<\/u> in neurology books and international specialized journals. <\/p>\n<p>She has a special interest in <strong>promoting the education of patients, families and the general public in movement disorders<\/strong>.
