Depending on the type of work, this documentation is necessary or not. <\/li><\/ul><h5>What changes are included in the grant<\/h5><h5>Type A<\/h5><ul><li><strong>Adaptation of the bathroom<\/strong> (change of bathtub for shower, installation of folding chair in the bathing area, placement of handholds&#8230;) and kitchen (modification of furniture height&#8230;).<\/li><li><strong>Adjusting the size of doorways or aisles<\/strong> to allow access with wheelchairs or walkers.<\/li><li>Installation or adaptation of overhead lifts, platforms, bars, handrails, stair lifts and ramps (two-story homes or homes with an outdoor area&#8230;).<\/li><li><strong>Soil adaptation.  <\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Domotics<\/strong> (technologies that help to perform household tasks and improve security) e.g., plugs, push buttons, lighting systems, presence sensors&#8230; .<\/li><li><strong>Installation of doors with automatic opening<\/strong> or opening with card.<\/li><li><strong>Security,<\/strong> alarm and fall detection <strong>systems<\/strong> <\/li><li><strong>Extra works subsequent to other subsidized works<\/strong>(painting&#8230;) <\/li><li><strong>Portable sit-to-stand or sit-to-stand lifts<\/strong> when the person has a disability equal to or greater than 75 percent.<\/li><li>Any other that helps to improve accessibility.<\/li><\/ul><h5>Amount of Type <strong>A<\/strong> subsidy<\/h5><h6><strong>In ALL cases, the City Council subsidizes the total cost of works or actions equal to or less than 1000 euros.  <\/strong>If the work has a higher price:<\/h6><ul><li><strong>From 33 to 64 % of recognized disability degree  <\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p>The amount of money over 1,000 euros is subsidized at 50%, with a limit of up to 14,000 euros.<\/p><ul><li><strong>From 65 to 74 % of recognized disability degree  <\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p>The amount of money over 1,000 euros is subsidized at 70%, with a limit of up to 25,000 euros.<\/p><ul><li><strong>Degree of disability equal to or greater than 75%:  <\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p>The amount of money over 1,000 euros is subsidized at 90%, with a limit of submit 3 different estimates.<\/li><li>If the works have not started, a photo of the current state of the site must be submitted.<\/li><li>If the grant is submitted with the work already completed,
