Dear patients, family and friends,
In connection with the situation created by the coronavirus infection, we have adopted a series of special measures aimed at protecting our patients and families, as well as our staff.
The actions taken are as follows before Covid-19:
- The Neurology Department ( First Floor, Hospital Ruber Internacional) will be open from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday.
- In order to reduce the risk of contagion for patients and their families, and for our staff, we are trying to defer face-to-face consultations.
- Urgent care will be provided immediately in our offices or in the emergency area of the Ruber Internacional Hospital.
- Patients who have been previously studied in our Service can contact the responsible physician by telephone (+34 913875250) or e-mail(info@neurologiaclinica.es).
- If the patient and family want an appointment in the next days or weeks, the possibility of telephone or telematic consultation (Skype) is offered.
- If the patient and family require a face-to-face consultation, the reason for the consultation will be considered and an attempt will be made as soon as possible.
- Persons presenting symptoms compatible with COVID-19 infection should refrain from consulting us. In this case we offer care through the emergency access enabled for this purpose at the Ruber Internacional Hospital.
- Our personnel are protected with masks and gloves.
- Cleaning and disinfection of the reception and medical offices have been reinforced.
At the appropriate time, attendance will be normalized.
