Ocular myasthenia is a form of myasthenia gravis with disease expression limited to the extraocular muscles.
Ocular signs and symptoms are often the initial manifestations of myasthenia gravis.
These patients report ptosis and/or diplopia.
It can cause almost any type of abnormal eye movement.
It can mimic any cause of non-painful diplopia that respects the pupil.
