Pick’s disease

Pick’s disease is a neurodegenerative process characterized by atrophy of the forebrain regions and the presence of intraneuronal deposits composed of tau protein.

At present, it is included within the complex of frontotemporal degeneration, and as such usually presents with behavioral or language disturbances.
