Indications for stretching exercises

A healthy lifestyle is measured by several factors, including dietary care and physical activity. “Moving the skeleton” is much more important than we may think.

According to the WHO, physical activity includes exercise, but also other activities that require the movement of our body: work, active forms of transportation, household chores, games… And given this special situation we live in, these activities are reduced. It is therefore important that we perform a daily exercise/stretching routine.

Stretching offers benefits to all who practice it, it is a very common activity used by athletes, exercisers and also in muscle rehabilitation.

However, everyone, even if they do not engage in regular physical activity, should do them.
