The Dr. Isabel Rábago Lorite has extensive specialized training in the use of techniques from yoga as a complementary therapy in various clinical situations and pathologies (Yoga Therapy). After graduating in Medicine at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid in 2016, she completed her training as an internal medicine resident at the Hospital Infanta Sofía in 2022. Subsequently, in 2023 she acquires training and certification as a yoga teacher and specializes in the use of these techniques as a complementary therapy in various types of diseases, especially neurological ones. Since 2024, she combines her activity as a specialist in internal medicine with the implementation of a yoga program adapted for people with different neurological pathologies in the Neurology service of the Ruber International Hospital, which has already benefited patients with Parkinson’s disease, headaches and functional movement disorders.
