The Dr. Laura Lillo is a specialist in Sleep Medicine, with numerous national and international publications related to this field.
Degree in Medicine from the Autonomous University of Madrid. Specialist in Neurology (MIR) at the Gregorio Marañón Hospital in Madrid, after finishing her specialty she continued her training in Sleep Medicine at the same hospital, doing the Master in Sleep: Physiology and Medicine, endorsed by the University of Murcia. In this way, he acquires extensive experience in the clinical diagnosis of sleep disorders, as well as in the interpretation of polysomnography and other sleep tests (Multiple Latency Test, Suggested Immobilization Test, Actigraphy).
In 2015, he received the Wayne Hening Young Investigator Award from the International Restless Legs Syndrome Study Group (IRLSSG).
He has a special interest in deepening the knowledge of the pathophysiology of sleep disorders, actively participating in descriptive, cross-sectional and prospective studies both on his own initiative and within multicenter studies at European level.
