Psychomotor variant or SREDA (“Subclinical rhytmic electrographic discharge of adults”) is an electric pattern characterized by non evolving rhythmic theta activity in temporal regions (arrows). Although normally is an incidental finding, is common to mistake it with an electric seizure and recently has been associated with autoimmune epilepsies such as anti-LGI1.
